Cookie Policy — LinkTec

1. In short

LinkTec uses no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no behavioural tracking tools. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function and preference cookies (language, theme) are stored. In line with CNIL guidelines, these cookies are exempt from prior consent. No intrusive banner is shown.

3. Preference cookies (CNIL exemption)

These cookies store your interface choices so we don't have to ask the same questions on every visit. They result from an explicit action of yours and serve your comfort only — they are therefore exempt from consent.

4. Local storage (localStorage)

In addition to cookies, we use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to keep a fallback copy of your preferences:

linktec-theme — local copy of the theme.
linktec-lang — local copy of the language.
linktec-intro-played — introduction animation already seen (sessionStorage, deleted on tab close).

This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Campaign measurement without browser storage

When a URL contains utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content or utm_term, the internal attribution.js script filters and limits those values. It stores them in no cookie, localStorage or sessionStorage. They are sent only to LinkTec if you submit a form or book a diagnostic. A random UUID event identifier, unrelated to your email, prevents double counting.

No request is made to LinkedIn, Meta or any advertising platform. Advertising click IDs, hashed email matching, enhanced matching and retargeting are not used.

No analytics tool with cookies (Google Analytics, etc.)
No browser fingerprinting
No data sharing with brokers

LinkTec booking

The appointment page and form are served directly by linktec.fr. No third-party booking script or iframe is loaded. The strictly necessary linktec_booking cookie protects requests against forgery and expires after no more than two hours. It is not used for advertising or audience measurement.

All modern browsers let you view, block or delete cookies stored on your device:

Note: blocking preference cookies will lose your language and theme choices between visits. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from logging in to the client area.
